Who we are
Heavyspin is a service run by Born Creative Records ("we", "us"). We build and run TikTok pages that post your music. By using this site or applying, you agree to these terms.
Your Client Agreement comes first
When we work together, we both sign a Client Agreement. It sets your price, your page and your term. If anything here ever disagrees with your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Applying
Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Nothing is charged until we've talked and you've signed.
We choose who we work with. We may say no, for example if a song isn't a fit or we're full.
You must be 18 or older to sign. If you're younger, a parent or guardian signs for you.
Price and billing
Prices on this site can change. Your price is the one in your signed agreement. Founding artists keep their price for as long as the service runs without a break.
The first 3 months are the minimum term. You pay monthly, or for all 3 months up front.
After 3 months, it's month to month. To stop, tell us in writing before your next billing date.
We bill on the same day each month. If a payment is more than 7 days late, posting pauses until it's paid.
We use Stripe to take payments. We never see or store your full card number.

100,000 views: if your page has fewer than 100,000 TikTok views 90 days after its first post, we keep posting free until it gets there. Then billing starts again. This applies while your payments are on time.
Missed days: if we miss a whole day of posts, that day comes off your next bill.
If TikTok removes your page while we run it, we build a new one free, once.
What nobody can promise
We don't promise streams, followers, saves, sales or that any post goes viral. TikTok decides who sees what, and it can change its rules or limit any account at any time. We promise the work, the posts and an honest report every week.
Your music
You confirm you own or control the rights to every song you give us, and that using it won't break anyone else's rights.
You let us use your songs, name and artwork in posts on your page while we work together. Posts made during that time may stay up after.
If someone claims a song isn't yours to use, you'll handle that claim and cover its costs.
The pages
We create, hold and run the pages. Only our team logs in, so every post follows our process and the page stays safe.
While you're a client, your page posts only your music.
You can buy your page any time after the first 3 months: $1,000, plus $20 for every 1,000 followers. We hand it over within 7 days.
If you leave without buying it, we keep the page and may use it for other music.
What we won't post
We follow TikTok's rules. We never buy followers, views or likes, and we never use bots to fake engagement. We won't post anything hateful, sexual, violent or illegal, and we can turn down a song or theme for that reason.
Our work
This site, our software, templates, designs, writing systems and methods belong to us. The posts we make for your page stay on the page.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it accurate, but numbers and examples are from our own pages and can change.
Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. Neither of us is responsible for lost profits or indirect losses.
Ending
Either of us can end the service after the first 3 months, with written notice before the next billing date. We can end it right away if a payment is more than 14 days late. Any unpaid amount for the first 3 months is still due.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version. Changes never affect a signed agreement without your written OK.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we ever disagree, we'll first try to sort it out by email within 30 days.
