If you're not happy within 14 days of signing, tell us in writing and we refund everything you paid. No forms, no hoops. We then close your page.
After 14 days
The first 3 months are the minimum term. Payments for those months aren't refunded, and any unpaid amount for them is still due if you stop early.
If you paid the 3 months up front, the same applies: full refund in the first 14 days, then no partial refunds for the launch.
After 3 months, it's month to month. Tell us before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't refund a month that has already started.
The 100,000 views promise
If your page has fewer than 100,000 TikTok views 90 days after its first post, you don't pay for the extra time: we keep posting free until it reaches 100,000, then billing starts again. This applies while your payments are on time. It's free work, not cash back.
Missed days
If we miss a whole day of posts, that day comes off your next bill automatically.
If TikTok removes your page
We build you a new page at no charge, once. If that isn't possible, we refund the unused part of your current month.
If we end the service early
If we stop working with you for any reason that isn't a late payment, we refund any time you've paid for and not received.
How to ask
Email hello@heavyspinhq.com with your artist name. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
